Maintaining a healthy lifestyle as a travel enthusiast presents its challenges, yet through my globetrotting experiences, I’ve learned valuable lessons in sustaining healthy eating habits while on the move.

Choosing hotels with lavish buffet breakfasts has become my preference. The sight of a vast spread in the morning makes me feel like royalty on vacation, and the engaging conversations over breakfast add to the experience.

For lunch, I opt for fresh seasonal fruits, especially those uncommon in my hometown. Currently, relishing red guavas and rich orange papayas has become my daily ritual during my time in India.

As the day progresses, I indulge in a local specialty for an early dinner. Maintaining a balance between taste and health, I wrap up my dinner by 6 pm. This practice helps manage weight gain and keeps my blood sugar levels in check, promoting better sleep.

Through years of business travel consuming half of my year, this routine has evolved into my personal plan—a simple, sustainable, and easy-to-follow regimen.
