When Casey came to Sydney in 1996 as a Spouse Immigrant, her goal was to have her Registered Nurse qualifications recognised in Australia. Her journey in healthcare started to blossom when she successfully earned her Bachelor of Nursing degree in 1999
With 19 years of hands-on nursing experience in both China and Australia, her expertise grew significantly.
Her dedication was further recognised when she became a nominee for the 2005 Morris Cram Award and earned her Graduate Certificate in Specialty Nursing in Perioperative in 2006. With first-hand nursing experience in both China and Australia spanning 19 years, Casey has amassed a wealth of knowledge and expertise in the field.
However, Casey’s path to success wasn’t without its challenges. She faced significant health hurdles, with doctors warning her of the risk of losing her eyesight and the possibility of not having a third child. Determined to overcome these obstacles, Casey took responsibility for her health, adopting a holistic approach. She embraced a balanced diet, incorporated premium supplements, engaged in regular exercise (five times a week), practiced daily meditation, and focused on personal development to stay present in her miraculous life. Remarkably, Casey not only preserved her eyesight but also welcomed her third precious child into her life.
