Hi there, I’m Emily, a passionate baker with a focus on creating delicious, healthiER versions of everyone’s favorite desserts that are low in calories, high in protein and have no added sugar. I am very passionate about the fitness industry and know how hard it can be to stay on track with calories and staying away from sweets.

Desserts are my absolute weakness and I didn’t want to give these up and be strict with diets in order to be fit and healthy. So I embarked on a mission to create a healthiER version of my favourite desserts (healthiER, not healthy ????), which takes away the guilt in eating desserts – as I display all the macros for each dessert, anyone can calculate and incorporate these into their meal plans. These desserts are not just for gym goers or fitness gurus – they are also great for those with diabetes who want to enjoy something sweet, as I only use natural stevia sweeteners and no added sugar (unless specified).

This means they’re also great for kids. I am always playing with recipes – I am dedicated in creating fun, delicious recipes that are both indulgent and health-conscious so that no one misses out on desserts. So far, our range includes cupcakes, brownies, donuts and cookies.
