Ingredents

Broken wheat,

dosa rice and channa Dal (split  Bengal)    –  1 cup

grated zucchini   – ¼ cup

desiccated coconut -¼ cup

red chili                        1 No.

green chili                   1 No.

ginger                           1 small piece

finely chopped mint leaves, coriander leaves and curry leaves-each -1 tsp

salt                       –   as  per taste

oil for prepare pan cake

Method

  •  Rinse dosa rice and channa dal and soak with,broken wheat 4 cups of water for 3 hrs with red chilli
  • Drain the water and add rice and channa dal ,ginger and green chilli mixer grinder add water as required  make semi coarse batter.take the batter in mixing bowl add salt
  • The batter is not fermented and made on  a skillet with the batter.set aside the batter for 3 hrs to ferment as needed.the batter should not become too sour.
  • Then add grated zucchini, desiccated coconut mint leaves,coriander leaves and curry leaves mix well
  • Heatiron tawa or skillet and spread little oil and take a ladleful of the batter and prepare pan cake

Serve the protein rich pan cake with green chutney or tomato ketchup
